Revolution Kevin Anderson
An extremely dangerous competitor, Kevin Anderson can be described as Cunning, deceitful and evil. Kevin burst onto the scene capturing heavyweight Gold in his debut year and has not looked back since. With a primal ferocity like no other Anderson doesn’t just beat his opponents, he destroys them and he has become very good at it. Weighing 218lbs and with a flair for the striking game and a devastating Running Helix driver at his disposal, Kevin Anderson will be looking to bring his ‘Revolution’ to Wrestling for Heroes.
Ref' PAZ
Never before has a referee been so popular.
Paz is the Senior official for local promotion the BAWA and has been brought in to be the law and order of Wrestling for Heroes.
It will be Paz’s responsibility to ensure the rules are obeyed and the fans get the show that they deserve.
The Gallowman
Honest, decent, fair... none of these words apply to the Gallowman in any way. A more despicable competitor you could not find. Having competed all over the country for many years, his devious ways landed him heavyweight championship gold in 2008 before being forced to retire in 2009. Wrestling for Heroes has granted him an opportunity to return to competition, The Gallowman however has demanded to be put in a match against an old nemesis, whether or not he gets what he wants, he will still take great joy in inflicting pain and punishment on anyone who dare oppose him.
'The Big Boy' Cash Callow
Hailing from ‘Awesomeville’ and weighing a colossal 258lbs,
Cash Calloway is a hulk amongst men who’s size and strength
Are matched only by the raw passion and resolve he has to perform
For the crowds that come to see him and to make sure they see him do what he does best - bulldoze through anyone in his way.
Calloway has worked in many venues across the UK and has held his share of championship gold. Cash will be looking to make a big impact at Wrestling for Heroes but not before warming up with a cold ‘Cash-wiser’.
Adam Darkmore
This young man has barely begun his career yet has already made big wave wherever he goes, Adam brings to the game determination and enthusiasm that fans can easily connect with, despite being one of the smaller competitors on the scene. Darkmore has the heart of a super heavyweight and a warrior’s attitude that has led him to championship gold, more importantly it has gained him the respect of his peers and the support of the fans. Up for any challenge, Adam Darkmore heads into Wrestling for Heroes as an underdog but that has never stopped him before.
Robbie Victory
To put it plainly, there is very little Robbie Victory has not done and few places he has not been. Robbie started in the business nearly 10 years ago and has competed everywhere worth competing in the UK. His most recent and significant run has been at SAS, where he has battled for the heavyweight championship. Victory has tasted championship glory in the past and was also awarded match of the year when he competed in a brutal 4-way ladder match. Travelling all the way from Nottingham, Robbie Victory is a significant addition to Wrestling for Heroes and is looking forward to this opportunity.
'Showcase' Stu Oddessey
Weighing in at 298lbs Stu is a giant amongst men but he utilizes a surprisingly rounded style for a man his size. A master at the mat game he is also more than happy to brawl and often times he prefers the latter.
Having captured no less than 3 different heavyweight championship belts, one of which he successfully defended against American mega-star Colt Cabana, Oddessey truly is a top level competitor and without question one of the best this country has to offer. Wrestling for Heroes is proud to have such a superstar like Stu Oddessey headlining it's first ever show.
James Mason
Widely recognised as one of the best in Europe, dedicated to his craft, the London born superstar of the British circuit has taken his flawless mat technique all over the world, to countries including America, Japan and recently Canada where he was the star of the highly rated Canadian TV documentary ‘Wrestling with Reality’.
James is also no stranger to the American TV screen where he represented England on WWE Smackdown where he scored a victory over the US champion M.V.P. He has also starred on TV with TNA.
Mason can be found regularly across the country in the ‘All Action Wrestling’ ring showing UK crowds how good British wrestling really is!
'Oldskool'
A true veteran of the ring Oldskool has been wrestling for many years, trained many of the stars appearing at Wrestling for Heroes, been a multi-time heavyweight champion and has earned a reputation as one of the most technically talented performers to lace up boots. Using a classic style of grappling and strategy, Oldskool has an undeniable love and passion for the sport of wrestling which shows through every time he steps between the ropes.
The pride of his native Banbury and weighing in at 14 stone, Oldskool likes to use a running power slam to finish of his opponents but is happy to vary things up should the challenge require it.
The one thing Oldskool guarantees is he will give every ounce of effort he has to make sure the fans go home happy.
Matt Vaughan
Having wrestled all over the world including WWE developmental promotion Ohio Valley Wrestling in America and GWF in Germany, Matt Vaughan is easily one of the most travelled wrestlers to come out of Britain. Trained under NWA Hammerlock, and then moving to Canada to train with Storm Wrestling academy, he studied many different wrestling styles and is described as “The biggest threat on the planet”. At 6ft 3ins 230lbs, it is understandable why he is nicknamed The Mountain Warrior.
Vaughn has wrestled across the UK, Europe, America, Canada and Mexico.
Wrestling for Heroes is proud to present ‘The Mountain Warrior’ Matt Vaughan.
